Free Roof Score is operated by A&E Roofing Advisors LLC ("A&E," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or electronically submitting a request, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.
What Free Roof Score Is
Free Roof Score is a roofing-company matching and lead-generation service for property owners in Georgia and Alabama. The homeowner pays Free Roof Score nothing to submit a request. We may look for at most one partner roofing company based on service area, project type, and partner availability.
The optional Roof Score is a self-reported educational estimate based only on answers entered in the browser. It is not a physical roof inspection, diagnosis, insurance-risk determination, claim evaluation, estimate, or quote. A roofing company must inspect the property to assess actual condition.
What We Are Not
A&E and Free Roof Score are not a roofing contractor, roof inspector, public adjuster, attorney, insurer, or claims representative. We do not inspect, repair, or install roofs, provide legal or insurance advice, represent homeowners in claims, or negotiate claims.
One Company, No Guarantee
We share a request with at most one partner roofing company. We do not guarantee a match, availability, contact, inspection, quote, price, schedule, company quality, workmanship, or project outcome. You are not required to hire anyone.
Partner Roofing Companies Are Independent
Partner roofing companies are independent businesses, not A&E employees or agents. Any inspection, quote, contract, payment, warranty, permit, or work is between you and that company. You are responsible for evaluating the company, its contract, licensing where applicable, insurance, references, permits, warranties, and pricing before hiring or paying it.
How We Are Paid
The service is free to the homeowner. A&E Roofing Advisors LLC is compensated by the partner network only if a job moves forward.
Contact Authorization
By submitting a request, you ask A&E to seek one partner roofing company and authorize A&E to share the submission with that one company so it may call or email you about the specific project. This is not consent for a partner to send automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts. A partner must obtain any consent it separately needs.
Educational Content
Articles and pages about roofs, storms, insurance concepts, building codes, and materials are general education. They are not legal, insurance, or financial advice and are not tailored to your property or policy. Contact an appropriately licensed professional for advice about your circumstances.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and submit property and contact information only when you own the property, are authorized to act for it, and are authorized to provide the contact information.
Text Messages
If you check the optional text-message box, you provide prior express written consent to receive text messages from A&E Roofing Advisors LLC, doing business as Free Roof Score, at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything or submitting a request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This consent applies only to A&E and Free Roof Score, not a partner roofing company.
No Emergency Service
Free Roof Score is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, fire, electrical hazards, structural instability, or medical risk, contact emergency services and appropriate licensed professionals.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or unauthorized information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site, or use it in violation of law.
Intellectual Property
Site content, including articles, design, and branding, belongs to A&E Roofing Advisors LLC. You may link to it but may not republish full articles without permission.
Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site, matching service, content, and Roof Score are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&E Roofing Advisors LLC and its members and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site, service, content, or dealings with a partner company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the site or service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&E Roofing Advisors LLC and its members and employees from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from information you submit without authority, your unlawful misuse of the site, or your material violation of these Terms.
If any provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply when posted and do not retroactively change a completed transaction unless required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
