Free Roof Score (operated by A&E Roofing Advisors, LLC, "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use freeroofscore.com.
Information You Provide
Residential Roof Score calculator. Property address, year the roof was installed, roof material, number of stories, home value band, self-reported condition answers, and your name, email address, and phone number.
Commercial portfolio form. Name, company, work email, phone number, number of properties, property type, estimated roof square footage, metro region, timeline, primary concern, referral source, and any free-text message you send.
Restoration intake form. Name, email address, phone number, property address, damage types selected, event date, insurance status, and any free-text message you send.
Information Collected Automatically
We collect IP address, user agent, referring URL, and analytics event data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or street addresses are sent to Google Analytics. Analytics events carry only non-identifying metadata, such as which step of the tool was completed, a score band, or whether an optional field was filled in.
Text Messages
If you check the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you are giving express written consent to receive text messages from A&E Roofing Advisors at the phone number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of receiving a Roof Score, an assessment, or any other service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing evan@freeroofscore.com. We record the date and time of your consent. If you do not check the box, we will not text you.

- Supabase — database and serverless functions
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — website analytics
- Lovable — website hosting
- Hostinger — DNS
How We Share Your Information
To deliver the service you request, your lead information may be shared with our vetted installation partner network, and, where a Georgia homeowner chooses to engage one, with a licensed public adjuster.
We do not sell your information to third-party marketers.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Retention
Lead information is retained for 24 months from last contact unless you request deletion sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings.
